After both squads dominated their semifinal opponents with 3-0 victories, Chiefs eSports Club and Legacy eSports faced each other in a rematch of the Split 1 finals. Though that match ended in a tight 3-2 in favor of the Chiefs, this one took a different turn.

The first game was easy for the current champions, as it ended after only thirty-one minutes with a 18-1 kill score. Legacy only managed to grab a single tower without any other objectives. Top performers in the game were Chiefs’ jungler, Samuel “Spookz” Broadley and their top laner, Brandon “Swip3rR” Holland, both of whom ended with seven kills while maintaining a perfect death record.

A similar story unfolded in the second game where Chiefs once again closing out the victory in twenty-six minutes with a thirteen thousand gold lead. ADC Quin “Raes” Korebrits had an excellent game on Kog’Maw with a 7/2/7 stat line.

The third game proved to be slightly closer, with Legacy managing ten kills. However, they were once again dominated in terms of objectives by only grabbing a single tower. Legacy were not able to take a single dragon in the course of any of the three games, and were soundly beaten in all other areas.

Chiefs will now attempt to advance to Worlds by playing in the International Wildcard Qualifier.
